Lemon Cucumber

Sometimes I feel like I live in a cave. My gardening neighbor friends brough me Lemon Cucumbers (one to eat, one for seeds) the other night from one of their gardens. I didn't know that this plant existed. It's like a really fresh moist regular cucumber with softer skin. Love it - how did I not know about this? See pic below.
