Week 3 Photo, and some more..because she's cute.

Baby Monkey is napping, so I thought I would take a minute to put her three week picture on here and some others I got yesterday...I plopped her on the floor near my bathroom to take a shower, and when I came out I was greeted by some happy baby time. Her hair has a reddish tint...not sure what is going on there. My mother has red hair, so the gene could have come through, but supposedly I had red hair at this age too...we'll see.

Had a nice morning this morning, took the baby to the farmer's market and our local granola coffee shop while Dave did his Saturday morning group ride with the rest of the cyclists.

Some updates on little one's development - she is eating like a fiend. She is strong, she'll bob her way around my belly if I have her on her tummy and rolls from side to side. She likes going for walks, but lets me know when she's done. I can usually get in a couple miles with no fussing, but after that she makes it known she wants out. She has found her tongue, and if you stick yours out at her she'll do the same.

I am so grateful for every day with her. She is a long skinny thing, but is outgrowing some of her newborn outfits and I don't like it one bit.
